We have now received the second delivery - the 2 end tables and the tv stand - and again, I am absolutely thrilled with everything. The workmanship is fabulous, the packing was great and the delivery was wonderful (same man as last time). And of course the customer service - that would be you - is amazing. I do hope your company is in business for a long time, as I plan on replacing many of the wood pieces in the house with your custom made furniture - as the quality is just so far superior to anything you see in the store.

The end tables arrived yesterday afternoon in perfect condition. Thank you so much both for the beautiful tables and for getting them here before I leave for Florida. I'm going to order 2 more of the end tables with the same dimensions for the top but slightly shorter. But I won't have made a decision about the exact height until next week. So, I'll get back in touch with you on Thursday or Friday about the new order to get it placed before I leave town.

The bed is beautiful! Thank goodness the base came in 2 pieces, we almost didn't get it in. You were right about the drawer glides - they're first class. The finish is perfect. My husband, who wasn't sure about my design idea, also thinks it's great. I'm really glad I found you on the web, you were true to your word, and so pleasant to do business with.

I'm very pleased with the nightstand and bench you built for me. They are a good match to my existing bedroom set, and a perfect fit which is all the more impressive considering you had only a photograph to work from. I bought the original set from a catalog, yet your prices were comparable, even though your pieces were custom-made to my specifications. However, your workmanship and materials are superior to the rest of the set. On top of that, everything arrived on my doorstep via UPS in perfect shape. I am happy to recommend Amish woodworking.

Dear Don,
Roadway delivered the crate today, and everything went just fine. As you predicted, the driver was this really nice guy and he just took care of the whole thing -- he had a big heavy duty pallet truck to scoot the crate around, and a hydraulic liftgate on the back of his truck to lower it down to the ground. And as I said, he was just a really nice guy.
I unpacked the crate and the furniture is in perfect condition. It is really nice work. Thanks for the high quality service, and please do let the woodworker know that we really appreciate his craft, and his skill and work shows. |
